The Las Vegas-based drugmaker has raised its prices by 50 percent in recent weeks, potentially saving consumers billions of dollars by lowering the cost of prescription drugs.
The U. S. Food and Drug Administration has approved Viagra (sildenafil), also known as Revatio, for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Viagra is a prescription drug that is the most commonly used erectile dysfunction (ED) remedy in the United States.

“We’re very pleased with the resolution we announced today,” Eli Lilly’s attorney, John Leavitt, said in a statement.
